This blog is a compilation of all me and my husband's favorite recipes. Most are simple and easy to make. Please leave feedback if clarification is needed, if you like adding something else to the recipe, how you do it differently, etc. I would LOVE feedback! 6 chicken breast halves
2 cups corn flakes, crunched
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon chives
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons parsley
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 tablespoon pepper

Notes / Directions
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 13x9 pan. Mix butter, milk, chives, salt, and garlic. In another bowl, mix cornflakes, parsley, and paprika. Dip chicken into milk then coat with corn flakes. Place in pan. Drizzle with 2 T. butter. Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes.

  1. I assume you use boneless chicken right?

    1. Yes! I very much dislike working with anything but boneless skinless chicken. It just makes it harder to eat! But I could not believe how easy and delicious this was. Hope you enjoy it!
